As part of the Process Management Team, you'll be involved in a variety of key projects that help our marketplace run efficiently and reliably. Your tasks will include:

  • Process optimization & externalization

    • Supporting the mapping, improvement, and externalization of operational processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Payment operations

    • Working closely with our payment provider, you will help track and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and assist with ongoing operational topics to ensure smooth and timely payments.

  • Seller support operations 

    • Supporting the follow-up of workflows between our internal Seller Support team and external partners, acting as a link to ensure alignment and drive improvements.
