  • Process Expertise & Analysis Serve as a process improvement SME for core enterprise processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management , Finance -AR/AP/R2R ).Analyze process mining dashboards to detect inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.Translate insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement Lead process redesign initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation strategies.Monitor post-implementation performance and ensure sustained improvements.
