Job Responsibilities:
- Process Expertise & Analysis
- Serve as a process improvement SME for core enterprise processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management , Finance -AR/AP/R2R ).
- Analyze process mining dashboards to detect inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement
- Lead process redesign initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation strategies.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and ensure sustained improvements.
