Duties

• Prepare and approve procedures, conduct routine inspections and sampling, manage start‑up/shutdowns, coordinate isolations and permits, and respond to upsets to meet daily production, quality, safety and environmental targets.
• Develop JHA’s to identify and implement controls to reduce risk exposure, complete Take Five for personal risk assessment.
• Operate mobile plant for material handling and packaging, encompassing FEL, Telehandler, Forklift and overhead crane.
• Work in a small team to facilitate commissioning activities.
• Assist maintenance during shutdowns and unplanned stoppages demonstrating high level of communication and teamwork.
• Continuously monitor equipment, address identified faults within your discipline, report and raise maintenance notifications.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in construction with commissioning on iron ore or production mine.
• Cert III in Process Plant Operations (or equivalent experience).
• Exposure to simple isolations and group isolations.
• Minimum WA Driver's License, or HR Driver's License highly desirable.
• White Card – Essential.
• High Risk License – Forklift.
