Position: Process Operator – Rotating Shift
We’re looking for dedicated Process Operators to join our team at the Trewin Street Plant, where innovation meets precision in manufacturing.
 
What You’ll Do
As a Process Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing advanced machinery and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with our Shift Coordinators and contribute to a high-performing production line.
 
Roster & Hours

• 12-hour rotating shifts, operating 24/7
• Shifts run 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am
• Work 50% of weekends: 2 weekends on, 2 off
• Optional overtime available

 
Pay & Progression

• Base rate commences at Level 0: $27.92 With penalties for night shifts, weekends and further level increases attainable from 6months to Base $32.86ph

 
What You’ll Bring

• Valid LF Forklift License with 5+ years exp operating an LF Forklift dealing with large/heavy loads (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or production line operations (machine operating) (required)
• Basic digital fluency (Microsoft Office Suite)
• A safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Physical readiness for manual tasks
