Working Hours : Average 36 hours per week on rotating shifts:
Week 1 - Mon-Thu 05:45-13:45, Fri 06:00-15:00
Week 2 - Mon-Thu 13:30-22:15
Location : Chester (Cheshire)
Salary : £15.65 per hour (including shift allowance)
The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Process Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing processes within a designated production cell. Full cross-training will be provided.
This role involves the production of sheet lead using a variety of machinery, including rolling mills, slitters, and saws, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
