Your Tasks
Operate as a member of a team in the raw board department. Ensure that the workplace, equipment, vehicles, and machinery are maintained in a clean and tidy condition. Undertake a comprehensive training programme to be able to operate every aspect of the log yard mobile plant and attend any further training courses as required. Complete defect reports detailing any issues with mobile plant and to include any specific data required relevant to shift. Observe and comply with all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures and to ensure that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.
