Responsibilities include: 
  • operating equipment such as the tipper tie, scales, and electric jacks
  • setting up and breaking down all equipment
  • mixing brines for products being injected
  • completing all necessary paperwork required for the position
  • working in other areas as needed and
  • other duties as assigned.
