Your Next Role - Process Operator

Hyne Timber has multiple Full-time Permanent Process Operator opportunities available at our Tuan Mill, across both the Dry Mill and Green Mill.
As a Process Operator, you will be trained and supported to operate a range of plant and equipment within our manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality timber products while working safely, efficiently, and as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Operating and monitoring machinery and plant equipment
- Troubleshooting issues to maintain safe and efficient operations
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
- Working flexibly across different areas as required
- Using technology and systems to meet production targets
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Available Positions & Rosters
Dry Mill - Day/Afternoon Rotation
- Week 1 (Morning): Mon-Thu 6:00am-2:00pm, Fri 4:00am-10:00am
- Week 2 (Afternoon): Mon-Thu 2:00pm-10:00pm (15% shift loading), Fri 10:00am-2:00pm
Green Mill - Day/Afternoon Rotation
- Week 1 (Morning): Mon-Thu 6:00am-2:00pm, Fri 5:00am-11:00am
- Week 2 (Afternoon): Mon-Thu 2:00pm-10:00pm (15% shift loading), Fri 11:00am-3:00pm
Despatch - Permanent Days (Forklift Licence Required)
- Mon - Fri 6 am - 2pm
You will bring:

- Flexibility to work across multiple areas and rotating shifts
- Basic computer skills and problem-solving ability
Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.
