Industrial Automation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced industrial automation professional to lead process improvement and optimization within our manufacturing facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in process simulation, automation digitization, lean manufacturing methodologies, data-driven performance analysis, workflow optimization, and systems thinking.
They will be capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable sustainable solutions. Strong knowledge of software applications such as SolidWorks Mastercam is also required.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in high-volume manufacturing environment
