Position Summary
Location: NBS – Ribeirão Preto
Area/Stream: Order to Cash Process Optimizer & Expansion Projects Coordinator
Reports to: O2C Manager
Work schedule: 08:00–18h. Hybrid

A Day in the Life…
Lead product process mapping and implementation;
Manage expansion projects from opportunity identification to project closing;
Support operations during activity expansion projects;
Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement, digitalization vision, automation level, and compliance;
Lead project governance and alignment among different stakeholder levels;
Conduct benchmarking between service centers and the industry to identify and share best practices
What Will Contribute to Your Success?
Completed Bachelor's degree is mandatory (postgraduate studies in Finance or Supply are a plus);
Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory;
Experience in continuous improvement, project management, or within functions...
