Job Description

The organization is seeking a highly skilled operational partner to serve as its Process & Performance Specialist , acting as the core operational engine that translates executive strategy into efficient and effective daily operations. Reporting to the Operations Strategist, this hybrid role integrates systems oversight, data analytics, documentation management, and project coordination.

Core Functions

1. Systems Support & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as an internal SME for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, translating agency needs into vendor requests and maintaining clear internal “How‑To” documentation.

  • Manage centralized ticketing systems across Operations, IT, EHR, and Facilities, ensuring proper routing and resolution within SLAs.

  • Monitor vendor responsiveness and support patterns to identify recurring issues and operational bottlenecks.
