Process Plant Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Process Plant Supervisor to join their high performing processing team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast paced environment and has solid hands on experience across wet and dry plant operations, train load out, and ideally mobile plant exposure.

As the Process Plant Supervisor, you will report to the Processing Superintendent and play a key role in overseeing daily processing activities. You will lead and mentor a team of operators, drive safe and efficient operations, monitor production performance, and ensure compliance with site standards and statutory requirements. This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational oversight and continuous improvement.
