Process / Product Engineer (AOI)

Responsibilities

• Process control and improvement for AOI process
• Organize or assist yield improvement project
• Organize or assist cost reduction project
• Failure mode and defect analysis for product running in AOI machine
• Quality improvement by improving the detection at AOI
• Control of use of temporary concession
• Reviewing of production / process parameters
• Fine tune production machine to meet the desired product quality or process conditions
• Troubleshooting any new / prototype or developed production machine during machine setup / buyoff / mass production conditions
• Development / improvement of new / prototype / existing production machine
• Training for operative / technical personnel on machine setup / troubleshooting / maintenance
• Routine checking on production machine condition as instructed by superior
