Overview

We are building a new team to support the PMO under Payments Data Organization, and are looking for a highly organized Process QA / PMO Process Analyst to help drive internal operational excellence. This role will support PMO governance, process control, change and release coordination, and tooling oversight across multiple internal workstreams.

This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a process‑driven mindset, and hands‑on experience with change management, release management, Jira, and Remedy/ITSM.
