Ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the required rate of output, and quality expectations to meet customer requirements.
- Enhance the quality of products (automotive and consumer), reduce customer complaints, ensure compliance with customer regulations, and provide adherence to internal Quality and TS/19649 requirements.
- Set and maintain all operating process parameters to achieve high levels of production and efficiency targets.
- Analyze and investigate root causes for deviations in process and quality performance and assist operations groups in the corrective action.
- Design interim and long-term solutions to resolve process bottlenecks.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, in accordance with project success criteria, through prioritization, allocation of resources, budgeting, planning, and controlling.
