Your tasks
- Create and track quality production performance and KPIs like non conformance costs, first pass yield, internal rejects, statistical process control and define countermeasures in case of deviations.
- Conduct production audits and support customer audits
- Create and maintain control plan
- Maintain product and production documentation
- Plan and perform quality activities for changes in production, e.g. Control Plan, support P FMEA
- Task force member, working in teams internal to Quality department and interdisciplinary as well. Able to take Task force leading
- Support scrap reduction efforts & reduction in customer complaint.
- Support activities in structured problem solving activity
