As the Process Centre of Excellence continues to grow and evolve at Optus, the team is looking for Process Redesign Specialists with skills and experiences across Enterprise and Business, Telecommunications Networks or IT. In your role as Process Redesign Specialist for Networks, Enterprise and Business or IT, based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will work closely with the business on an 18 to 24 month fixed term contract to identify key areas for improvement that drive an increase in customer experience through transforming underlying processes.
