This position will focus on identifying and managing reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. The responsibilities include:
Builds automated processes that apply mistake-proofing, reliability, repeatability and robustness, into the day to day operations. Works to standardize possesses globally within ASC. Works closely with Global process and equipment design engineers along with site process engineering to standardize processes across value streams. Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of Statistical Process Control. Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and facilities. Develops engineering solutions to routine process operations and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
