Job Description

  • Develop and simulate process systems using Aspen HYSYS™, Dynsim™, PRO/II™, SCP270™, TRISIM™, and related simulation tools.
  • Execute simulation-based projects including Operator Training Simulators (OTS), Tieback Studies, Dynamic Studies, Heat & Material Balance (H&MB) validation, Pipeline Simulation, and Power Projects.
  • Build, validate, and maintain steady-state and dynamic simulation models aligned with project requirements.
  • Integrate simulation models with real Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Emerson DeltaV, Foxboro (Schneider Electric), Yokogawa, Siemens, and ABB.
  • Implement PLCs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and control narratives, integrating them with dynamic simulation environments.
  • Perform thermodynamic, hydraulic, and dynamic analyses, including design calculations and data reconciliation.
  • Define and configure Operator Training Simulator (OTS) architectures, including control emulation and instructor stations.
  • Review, validate, and document engineering deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
  • Participate in client witness testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and support overall project delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and support troubleshooting activities during project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or Petrochemical Engineering.
