Process Specialist - 401K

Responsibilities:
A few activities the candidate would do are as follows:
- Develop and produce accurate and timely documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to meet business partner expectations.
- Communicate with plan sponsors, consultants, tax/legal advisors or regulators as needed.
- Identify, analyze and resolve escalated documents issues of sensitive nature.
- Serve as a valuable resource for department members, internal business partners and external clients by providing accurate and timely responses to document related issues.
- Lead or participate in special projects critical to the growth of the business unit and the company.
Qualifications:

- Identify, interpret and communicate complex legislative, regulatory and compliance issues that affect retirement documents.
