Responsibilities
As a Process Specialist - Custodian, your responsibilities will include:
- - Applying your strong knowledge of Pension Benefits payments (Lum-sum and periodic)
- Processing ACH returns, ACH NOC, ACH Reclaims (Death benefits), Payment Directives, STOP and Reissue of Payments.
- Performing updates to pension records for plan participants, including changes to addresses, banking information for direct deposits, and adjustments to tax withholding preferences.
