Job Description
As a PROCESS SPECIALIST, you will standardize manufacturing processes and operating procedures in production areas to improve efficiency, reducing variation and waste in production processes, ensuring process safety.
You will report to the Operations Director.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Transfer technology or best practices among PPG sister plants.
- Configure industrial processes from startup to commissioning and certification.
- Design and implement processes and capital projects.
- Improve the quality of manufactured products by promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the solution of quality-technical problems with the products of the account in charge working with laboratory, production and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and upgrade processes.
- Present improvement projects at local and regional levels.
- Perform engineering design calculations and equipment sizing calculations.
