Workflow Analysis: Examines existing operational procedures to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Reporting to the Director of Contract Logistics, the Process Specialist will optimize organizational performance by analyzing, reviewing and improving business workflows to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance. Additionally, the Process Specialist will bridge gaps between teams, manage projects as well as implement, monitor and document new procedures.
