Responsibilities Job DescriptionApplication – SAP Ariba / Fieldglass (Any one of these) 1.Approve Decision forms (D-forms) in Fieldglass. 2.Approve Sourcing Requests in Ariba3.SOW Operationalization in Fieldglass – Contracts should be operationalized through Fieldglass applications and generate TQ IDs4.Query Management – Manage Service Now tickets (SNOW), Responding to emails5.Speaking with Senior Client stakeholders, Handling emails and Service now tickets (SNOW)6.Setting up Pricing terms and publish Contracts in Ariba Skill Set required.1.Total of 3+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement domain2.Ability to meet deadlines – ideally someone who has worked in an Agile environment. 3.Experience working in a procurement or sourcing role – with prior experience in using SAP platforms (Ariba/Fieldglass etc.)4.Comprehensive understanding of operational knowledge 5.Knowledge on Contract Life cycle management6.US stakeholder management experience.7.Procurement Application experience – Should have hand-on experience in SAP Ariba suite – source to pay, contracts, procure to pay.8.Should have great written and verbal communications.9.Flexibility to work in shifts as per business needs.
