Job Description

As a Process Supervisor, your main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a production or manufacturing process. This includes coordinating workflow, monitoring productivity and quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Some specific tasks you may be responsible for include developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, training and coaching team members, and analyzing data to identify areas for optimization. To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and upper management
