What you’ll do
:
Be responsible to empower the process team through setting expectations and objectives using the implementation of operating plans, procedures, and programs.Cultivate a positive safety culture and ensure team members are complying with company policies to ensure duties and responsibilities are performed in a satisfactory manner.Provide ongoing communication, coaching, feedback and mentoring to Process Operators.Prepare and conduct performance reviews for team members.Coordinate process staffing schedule during night shift and weekends. The Team: You will work closely with Process Operators, and Process Supervisors. You will lead a team of up to 10 Process Operators and report to the Section (Zone) Supervisor on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of efficiency, safety, and collaboration.
