Process & Systems Architect

Mushky Inc. is seeking a Process & Systems Architect to design, document, and operationalize how work is executed across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will take complex, often informal workflows and translate them into structured systems that scale.

This is a senior role for someone who has built processes before, understands how organizations actually function, and can lead documentation efforts with clarity and authority.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end process maps that reflect real-world workflows
• Design and own SOP frameworks, standards, and documentation structure
• Extract institutional knowledge through interviews, recordings, and workflow analysis
