Leader of process/test engineering and technician groups.**:
- Leader of definition and follow-up of competence development strategies for process/test engineering and technician groups.
- Main owner / promoter of business metrics focused on safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
- Responsible to define, coach, and sponsor problem solving and continuous improvement projects based on regular analysis of TOP contributors to ensure the compliance of the business metrics.
- Responsible to establish a systematic approach for the follow-up of day-to-day topics related to the main business metrics. Hiring, coaching, and mentoring to personnel (Engineers/Technicians).
- Technical and human resources planning. Owner or co-owner of the maintenance strategy within the assigned areas, including machines, tooling, racks/carts, spare parts, and SW back-ups.
