**Job Title: Process Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Process Technician, you will monitor and operate thermoform equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production. You will be responsible for performing start-up, shutdown, and cycling procedures for the entire thermoforming line, including extruder, former, and trim press.
*If you have experience doing it, there are mold setup technician roles available for higher pay.*
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and correct issues on the line to reduce downtime and scrap.
+ Perform and document in-process quality checks.
+ Communicate clearly during shift changes and collaborate with team members to resolve production issues.
+ Complete line changeovers and ensure all related documentation is filled out correctly.
+ Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations, including GMP, HACCP, SQF, ISO, and company policies.
+ Ensure PPE is obtained and worn properly ...
