Process Tech

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating Thermoform equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes. You will perform start-up, shutdown, and cycling procedures for the thermoforming line and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

• Monitor and operate Thermoform equipment for optimal performance.
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and cycling procedures for the thermoforming line, including extruder, former, and trim press.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues on the line to reduce downtime and scrap.
• Perform and document in-process quality checks.
• Communicate clearly during shift changes and collaborate with team members to resolve production issues.
