Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manufacture First Piece and support quality to perform first piece approval. Assure that Operation Procedures are followed. Propose changes as required. Assess quality of product and adjust the process as needed within predetermined limits. After forced shut down, assess safety and functionality of equipment and restart in automatic mode (E Stop, Machine Fault) Monitor and document process control parameters and adjust process as needed within pre-determined limits. Maintain process change log. Trouble- shoot minor (mechanical) machine and tooling issues. This includes, but is not limited to: Re-attach loose components, Remove debris, dirt and oil, Replace air /hydraulic fittings and other easy to reach components (seals, O rings, ), Maintain issue log Assess reason for machine break down, issue INFOR work order and coordinate repairs with maintenance and super...
