What You’ll Bring – Required Skills:

• Processing experience in Iron Ore operations (12 to 24 months preferred)
• Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot fixed plant equipment
• Valid Driver’s License
• Working at Heights certification
• Confined Space training
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional industry-specific certifications or training
• Experience working on 12-hour shifts
• Familiarity with site‑specific safety standards and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma in process technology or related field
• 12+ months of hands‑on processing experience in iron ore or similar heavy industry environments

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work on a 12‑hour shift roster (8/6 and 7/7 days and nights)
• This role is initially a 3‑6 month assignment with potential for extension
