Process Technician

We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-minded Process Technician to join a high-performing team at a well-established base metals operation. You’ll be part of a crew that values teamwork, reliability, and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

About the Role
You’ll play an important role in day-to-day plant operations across the mill and crushing areas. This position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to a steady-running site with long-term potential.
 
Key duties include:

• Operating and monitoring crushing, milling, and materials-handling circuits
• Conducting inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping
• Supporting shutdowns, load-outs, and plant clean-downs
• Contributing to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mill and/or crushing operations
• Floats experience would be fantastic (but not essential)
• Exposure to telehandlers and skid steers highly regarded
• Proactive and safety-conscious work ethic
• Physically fit and reliable with a good attitude
• Current Driver’s Licence and ability to pass medical/DAS screening
