Process Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION The Process Technician is responsible for monitoring and improving manufacturing and engineering processes. He is responsible for identifying when the process is deviating from the norm and taking action to correct deviations or involve senior members of staff if/when they cannot correct the problem. The Process technician works in a variety of settings covering business units assigned (Handset, Display, Enclosure and Fabrication).

•Performs regular process set-up for mass-pro readiness. Set up includes but is not limited to qualification, chemical analysis, bath leaching, solution make up, chamber purging, temperature stabilization etc. Follows standard practices and procedures such as those defined in the PM specification, calibration specification, WI, JA, FMEA, OCAP and etc.
