Regal Staffing is seeking a Process Technician I for a high-volume manufacturing facility in Wilmer, TX. This role supports daily production operations by inspecting equipment, maintaining processes, and ensuring product quality.

Pay: $25/hr + 10% night differential
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) on a rotating 3-on/4-off and 4-on/3-off pattern.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily equipment and process inspections.
  • Maintain manufacturing processes and assist in developing work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Record daily operations and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Support engineers in special operations.
  • Enter quality data into MES and other systems.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Technical diploma in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
  • 0–1 year experience in manufacturing; solar/semiconductor experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
  • Ability to use hand tools and measurement devices.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, remain stationary for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs (team lift).
  • Must pass a background check.
