Process Technician - Injection Molding

Responsibilities

• Responsible for injection molding process including mold set-up, operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and spare part arrangement.
• Oversee all aspects of the robot automation system, including set-up, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Prepare and produce injection-molded components according to specifications and ensure their quality.
• Perform daily process documentation for Quality Control, traceability, and to ensure reproducibility.
• Liaise with the team when issues are discovered in the production process, when products do not meet specific standards, or in the event of machine failure.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform SMED and Kaizen improvement activities related to process and maintenance issues.
