Process Technician Lead

Lead Process Technician employees will have a primary focus on Leading the shift, machines running to process book, ensure quality parts are going to operator, proper set up of mold changes and color changes. Root cause process problems/robot problems, the ability to do previous positions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Works directly with shift manager to plan mold change/ color change events

· Daily direction of Tech Support Group to achieve acceptable OEE metrics

· Routinely works on higher-level troubleshooting events
