Job Description
The Thermoforming Process Technicianis responsible for working with process team leader to resolve ongoing problems, supporting setup in bringing lines into production, working with Corporate engineers on new product development and R&D trial requests, and working with process team leader to maintain accurate and up to date process sheets.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be proactive in identifying improved process capabilities on the production floorProvide input to new product development teams upon request. Actively participate in start-ups of jobsFollowing established programs improve overall product quality on a continual basisThorough understanding of material behavior in the thermoforming processAssist in the start-up of new equipment with process supportMaintain and upkeep process definition sheets and tracking systemAbility to work on equipment with basic hand tools
