About the role


Reporting to the Process Team Leader, this role is responsible for operating various sections of the plant and performing tasks as directed to optimise the plant and communicating effectively to ensure oncoming team members are set up for success in delivering the business plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating various sections of the plant and performing tasks as directed by the Process Team

  • Communicating effectively to ensure oncoming team members are set up for success, supporting the Ore Processing Production Team in delivering the business plan.

  • Operating the processing plant within set parameters and optimizing this process.

  • Ensuring daily work schedules are prioritized and changes in planned schedules are communicated via the shift logbook and shift pre-start production planning meeting.
