Job Description

Position Summary:

Provides technical support for existing molding processes and pre-production sampling. Ensures first/last piece quality meets customer expectations and resolves molding issues during shift. Verifies correct resin-to-color/regrind ratios and that production meets or exceeds standards. Maintains efficient operation of all equipment to support production goals. Collaborates with management and peers to enhance productivity, safety, quality, and team performance. Supports all shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products meet customer specifications and approved processes through quality control checks and process monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize molding processes, robotic systems, and secondary equipment to improve efficiency, performance, and product stability.
