Process Technology Engineer - St Louis, MO

Summary:

The Process Technology Engineer will apply engineering principles and best practices at the facility with tasks ranging from process design, troubleshooting & optimization to implementation of best practices to the evaluation/implementation of new technologies. The primary purpose of the position is to enable facility success by ensuring that plant process systems are designed, built, operated, and maintained at optimal levels.
 
Essential Job Functions:

Operational Presence: Maintain strong floor visibility (approximately 50% of time), participate in daily walks, and lead by example through direct engagement with frontline teams.

Safety Leadership: Conduct Gemba Walks to integrate people safety into daily operations and foster a plant-wide safety culture.

Communication & Coverage: Build trust and alignment through visibility, consistent communication, and direct support across all shifts and schedules.
