Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Hire Training ( Class room training and computer based /remote )

• Responsible for managing Training batches - usually 1:20 ratio

• Feedback & Coaching agents on Process, Quality & Best Practices & OJT Support.

• Give documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit.

• Attend Weekly calibration calls with the client/internal as per calibration roster.

• Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines.

• Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests

• Database management,Tbase, daily reports, and analysis

• Motivating associates through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms.

• Process transactions on a weekly or Monthly basis as defined by the process.

• Maintain Competency by undergoing TTT certification, get certified on new products and known the training phase.
