Process Trainer
Training Content & Delivery
- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Mandatory experience in Process Training .
- Design and develop training modules for process and product training.
- Deliver New Hire Training (NHT), refresher trainings, and ongoing skill development programs.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, modules, and assessments.
- Utilize multiple training methodologies including classroom training, e-learning, and hands-on simulations.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
