About the Role
IGT Solutions is looking for a dynamic Process Trainer to support our International Travel Contact Centre operations. This role is ideal for a training professional who is passionate about developing talent, driving performance excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver impactful training programs for new hires and production teams
- Evaluate training effectiveness and share actionable MIS with Operations
- Coach, mentor, and support agents through regular performance observations
- Maintain and update training content in line with process changes
- Conduct refresher trainings based on Training Needs Identification (TNI)
- Participate in internal and external calibration sessions
