Job Overview

We are seeking a Process Trainer for our Study Abroad program at Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and passion to training and optimizing processes within our dynamic organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in training delivery with a focus on study abroad programs and customization to suit various learning needs.
  • Strong background in study abroad counseling, having guided numerous students through the process of pursuing education overseas.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Expertise in needs assessment to determine training requirements aligned with individual, team, or organizational goals.
  • Ability to optimize workflow processes thereby enhancing training effectiveness and efficiency within educational settings.
  • Data analysis skills to evaluate training effectiveness and implement enhancements based on insightful analytics.
  • Proven adaptability and flexibility to manage diverse learners and varying training environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain comprehensive training records and manage multiple projects concurrently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver insightful training programs specifically tailored for study abroad Countries ( UK , USA, CAN ,NZ,AUS,UAE,GER)
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and surveys to identify developmental needs and optimize training content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals.
  • Collect and analyze data to track training progress, identify areas requiring improvement, and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to enhance the skills and competencies of study abroad advisors.
  • Maintain detailed training documentation, evaluations, and reports for continuous improvement and reporting purposes.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to foster skill development and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in education and study abroad training methodologies.
