Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in current supervisory role or assignment in the BPO setting is required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare/insurance process is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
- Effective analytical/ problem solving skills
- Understanding of Healthcare insurance cycle and processes
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to work effectively, independently and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of multiple projects and shifting priorities.
