Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate existing network processes, workflows, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Process Documentation: Document network processes and operational standards, creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs.
  • Benchmarking: Research and benchmark network processes against industry standards and competitors to identify best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with NTG, ISG, CXM, and other departments to gather insights, assess needs, and ensure cross-functional alignment on process improvements.
