We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our Optical Production team in Windsor, Brisbane. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a structured environment, this role is for you.
As part of our Production team, you’ll be fully trained to manufacture premium prescription lenses using specialised equipment and defined processes. Your work will directly impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and on‑time delivery. This is a hands‑on, practical role in a clean, structured environment where teamwork, consistency, and care are key.

Your responsibilities
Following standard operating procedures to produce prescription lenses accurately and safely
Working with machinery and tools after structured training and supervision
Checking work quality and identifying defects or inconsistencies early
Recording production data and following traceability requirements
Working as part of a team to meet daily production and service targets
Following safety, quality, and compliance requirements at all times
About you
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, food production, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or similar environments.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
Comfort with repetitive tasks and structured processes
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs consistently
Willingness to learn new technical skills and take feedback onboard
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Basic computer literacy and ability to record information accurately
A team-first mindset and willingness to support others
