Process Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production and manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain production equipment
2. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
3. Follow safety procedures and guidelines
4. Perform quality checks on finished products
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
6. Assist with inventory management and control
7. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes
8. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed
9. Complete production reports and documentation as required

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
3. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
8. Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
